1. Advance Payment
The advance amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Stay and Meals
Accommodation and food arrangements must be provided by the client.
3. Transportation Charges
Transportation costs will be charged separately and are not included in the package.
4. Payment Completion
The full payment must be completed as per the agreement before the wedding day. If the client fails to make the payment despite repeated requests, the photography team reserves the right to pack up and leave immediately.
5. Next-Day Coverage
Coverage for the following day is only available until 6:00 PM. Any extension beyond this will incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Booking cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the wedding date. If cancelled within this period, the client is liable to pay the full agreed amount as per the contract.
7. Data Collection
Clients must collect their wedding data within 3 months after the event. The company holds no responsibility for data storage beyond this period.
8. Misbehavior Clause
In the event of rude or disrespectful behavior towards the photographer, the photographer has the right to respond accordingly or may choose to end the coverage and leave the venue immediately.
9. Meal Breaks
After the completion of each event’s shoot, the photographer is entitled to a 30-minute meal break.
